CRZ系列薄膜鉑熱電阻元件是把金屬鉑研制成粉漿,采用先進(jìn)的激光噴濺薄膜技術(shù)及光刻法和干燥蝕刻法把附著在陶瓷基片上形成膜,引線經(jīng)過激光調(diào)阻制成,*自動(dòng)的生產(chǎn)程序保證了產(chǎn)品*符合IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 二、         技術(shù)特點(diǎn) 1.              薄膜鉑熱電阻元件用陶瓷和鉑制成,因而在高溫下能夠保持優(yōu)良的穩(wěn)定性,適合在-50~400℃的溫度下使用。 2.              鉑薄膜通過激光噴濺在陶瓷表層,因而它具有良好的防震和防沖擊性能。 3.              薄膜表面蓋以陶瓷,因而元件能夠承受高壓,并具有良好的絕緣性。 4.              引線材料為鎳鍍金和純鈀兩種。
